Who can request specimens?

Specimen requests can be made by certain companies currently seeking EUAs for COVID-19 testing devices or investigators working on COVID-19 related research studies.

How are specimens allocated?

The Test Us Bank Resource Allocation Committee will review and grant requests. Priority will be given to companies and projects that are within RADx.

What sample types are we banking?

We are collecting and storing saliva, nasal swabs (nasopharyngeal and mid-turbinate), and blood products (dried blood spots or plasma, serum, and PBMCs from venous blood).

How do I make a request? 

Fill out the form found here: Sample Request Form. Follow the directions on uploading attachments and signatures. You will hear from a Test Us Bank Resource Allocation Committee representative regarding your request.
